    Thumbs down complaint

    respected sir,my std code is 0291 & landline number is 2545037 i have a broaband plan of 625/-per month. according to this plan i have 100 free minutes to call but i dont have this facility on my phone.from past four months i couldnt made a single call .whenever i dial a number it says 'please recharge with ITC card' i have complained several time at my telephone exchange and also at 198 but still i am not being able to make a call please take some action to help me .................thanks asharam saraswat ,d-17 ,shivshaktinagar ,road no . -2, outside mahamandir third pol jodhpur

    This forum is not related to BSNL in any way.
    Confirm, whether before getting Broadband connection,
    you were using
    a landline tariff using ONLY Prepaid ITC card .

    For those customers who use their B-Fone for incoming call only, BSNL has a tariff plan known as “SULABH PLAN”. In this plan, outgoing calls can be made by the customer through ITC. In addition to use of ITC for making outgoing calls, customer may be allowed facilities of outgoing calls and internet calls, if he so desires. In this case charges of outgoing will be @ Rs.1.20 per call. However to avail this outgoing facility, the customer would be required to deposit annual rental as per the prevailing rules.




    I also had free calls quota in my Telephone tariff plan , but was charged for all the
    calls
    when i selected a BB plan No 1. .
    Later on giving an application the amount was credited
    and I also changed the plan No 2. .

    BSNL computer program not able to check this "BUG"

    back to my account,


    Initial plan No 1: charged me for ALL calls ( even though I had free calls)
    Changed over to No 2 Free calls restored.
    Changed to 3. higher speed 2 Mbps/ 8GB fup 512 kbps Chennai circle.( same as No 2.)
