Thread Ratings System (specifically directed to admin)

Hi,

We can all give a rating to the thread/post. Is there a method to award points as follows:

1 = Encouraging
2 = Informative
3 = Good
4 = Excellent
5 = Beats the experts

This facility to be available to all users.

And similarly award warning cards - blue , yellow and red

Blue Card = Mild warning for Spam, Somewhat Rude/Offensive/Abusive posts
Yellow Card = Major Warning, Going beyond all levels of decency/time to lock thread
Red Card = Ban user

This facility to be restricted to admin and moderators (if any).

Yes we can do it but I will have to find a mod for it.

Please curse me for being lazy in the mean time I will try to get this done asap.

I really need to get my ass moving.. I havent been able to pay much attention to this forum lately due to some new projects, will try to devote more time here in the coming days.

Can we have this feature also?

And admin, if you add some moderators, they could eliminate all those 'junk' mails as soon as they appear.
