prraghukumar Junior Member Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	sudden deactivation of account I have been using dataone (BSNL) since 2005 and generally it was okay. for the last one year i have been using the BSNL site for making my bill payments. but for the last few days, i am not able to activate my account on BSNL site. Because of this i could not make my bill payment. everytime i try to log in, i get the message that the user account is not there or user name and password do not match. i do not know why. can some one help me ?
