It is fairly straight forward. Just a box to enter the user title in the User CP just above the Home URL field.

We can have new titles for all members and create an extensive reputation system aswell...

Any suggestions are most welcome.

@manish, My suggestion has been (had been) that we allow users with 1000+ posts with their own titles (except Administrator and Moderator).

I suggest that the 'Adminstrator' title be defined in Navy colour and 'Moderator' titles be defined in Sky Blue Colour. This is the standard in most forums. But any colour can be chosen.

Taking this suggestion forward, I will suggest that bronze members and above be allowed user titles (except the title 'Administrator' and 'Moderator'). I will tend to keep the guys below 'bronze' a little less privileged. This way they would be induced to post more.

@admin, Reputation is another great idea.

I would also like to go back to better themes if that is not to bring down google rating and hits.

No I am saying user titles be allowed from 'Bronze' and above (see later part).

But I think we should keep this "defining your own title" thing for the members who have achieved the Platinum ship.

Less than 100 posts - junior member
101 to 300 posts - Bronze member
301 to 500 posts - Silver member
501 to 800 posts - Gold member
801 to 1000 posts - Platinum member
1001 and above - Choose your own title...

What say....
