The green thing indicates how much reputation you have recieved from others. I am yet to set it up correctly .. I am still stuck with some minor server issues.. once I am through with those I will start working on the forum stuff. Quote:

Rep Power: 1  | maximum picture size 600x600?? when i tried uploading a 320x320 photo as my display image it showed that it was limited to 100x100 |

Rep Power: 10 | The size of images we can upload now has been increased to 2MB. If you want me to increase it furthur please let me know. What size avatars do you all need? We can make it bigger but please take into consideration those people who connect using gprs, dialup or other slow connections. |

Rep Power: 5 | Current Avatar size is OK. Bigger Avatars will make the header too big unless 'user summary' is shifted to LHS. |

Rep Power: 5 | Picture limit is still the same. I cannot load full size pictures. I reduced them to 1024x768 (about 234 KB) but still a problem. |

Rep Power: 5 | New suggestions Hi Admin, Suggestion 1: I am not sure what the problem was earlier when we applied a new theme. But it would be nice if we could have a nice theme, that would be great. Suggestion 2: A nice but lightweight logo (gif) will be good, instead of plain text. Also an icon (favicon.ico) that will distinguish our website. Suggestion 3: Forum posts could be displayed in two panels - LHS (narrow) panel to display user details and RHS (wide) panel can display post text. Suggestion 4: More user details can be added to User CP and displayed in LHS panel. For example, computer details, ISP Plan/Speed, etc. I have added some new photos to existing albums and also created a new album. But I cannot see the thumbnails. I can see the pictures alright.
