Thread: I am not able to see PTC Punjabi in tamil basic package!

I am having Sun Direct Tamil Basic Package. PTC Punjabi channel is included in Tamil Basic Package list. But, it's not available for me. When I view that channel I got " Service is currently scrambled"/ Why!

I dont understand why would you expect a Punjabi channel to be included in a Tamil basic package?

As far as I know its not included.

PTC Punjabi is included under regional channels in this tamil basic pack of SUN DTH and if you are not getting that channel then its better if you call SUN Cust Care and get this done
