Some DTH companies don't have many options to recharge accounts, but Sun Direct have four different ways by which you can recharge your account:


•Over the Phone, by calling customer care. When purchasing a recharge coupon you simply identify yourself over the phone using your id number and give the 16 digit code.

•Using SMS, byt typing RCG<space> 16 digit code to 58585

•Using the Internetby going to the site of Sun Direct DTH, click on recharge, Fill in The Smartcard Number, the PIN number, verify the code and simply click on Topup.

•You can also visit Oxigen Counter in the city to recharge.

Ya thats true when they just launched at that time their CC lines used to be too busy now its eased you easily get through them.

I purchase my recharge coupon from internet (oxicash) and get it topuped through Sun self care web site, its so simple, you can manage package too through this.

We dont have provision to recharge thru online for 1 year / 6 months .

The first three points mentioned are usually provided by most of the providers there are also other modes such as ITZ cash cards (not provided by all providers) however the more modes that are offered the better it is for customers to choose from.
