    Default I want to access basic pack in customer portal

    Well, customer portal is so just basic model, i want all the DTH players to have basic pack upgrade....


    Otherwise its so not welcoming, everytime we have to call CC and ask them to change.

    What is your opinion on this?

    Ideally we would like to have the following:

    a) All FTA channels
    b) A facility to pick and choose paid channels that we want

    For example, I have two connections (multi-room).

    a) I would like to have some General Hindi Entertainment, few English entertainment, selected Movies (Hindi), some News and regional language on one TV.
    b) On the other connection, I would like to have Sports, Infotainment, English Movies, and some others.

    While some providers do provide a-la-carte channels, the combined cost is too costly than the package.

    And In case of Sun Direct combined cost of Ala-carte to too much as channels in ala-carte is too costly in Sun Direct

    I agree ala carte of Sundirect are very costly.
