    Default Reactivate

    Hey some one please help me i have not used sundirect for two years and i have received a call stating that if i dont want sundirect they would come and take the box and the dish.But since i have an extra tv i thought of using it again so i recharged my account today and i dont know how many days it will take to reactivate my account pls help guys

    It is advisable to contact your nearest dealer for advise to re-activate your account. otherwise to give message to sundirect in their website by giving your customer details along with your V.C.(viewing card No.) and location to check & reactivate.

    You should talk to the customer care about reactivation (if it has not happened already).

    When using DTH, it is advisable to use multi-room/child connection for 2nd TV. This is usually offered at half the price of the main (parent) connection. The downside is that child connection is available only if the master connection is subscribed to the high-end packages.
