I had purchased above mentioned product from your retailer at Sinhagad road in last month. I had got good & committed speed from you (i.e. 7.2 MBPS).
After a month I had recharged it Rs.1000 on dated 30 APRIL 2011. From this date I am facing very very poor speed problem.
Still it has not been solved. What to do?
I had contacted customer care 1800266121 registered the complaint & got complaint no. NWK3G10044972.
1. On phone your one of the executive had said me "for 1st month only prepaid customer will get committed speed as per plan."
2. I had also contacted your docomo gallary. He had also tested my modem also. He had also got same speed problem. & answered me that "Committed speed as per plan will get only postpaid users & not prepaid users. Why you had purchased prepaid connection, your retailer had informed you or not."
Please look at above both incidences what answer they are giving. If this fact is true then you have to mention it in your Advertisement.
Instead of giving me any solution to problem if your technical support is like this, what can I do?
I am very much depressed of your product. I am ready to switch same connection as postpaid. Is there any procedure?
Please kindly look into the matter & try to resolve the problem as early as possible.
