I have heard somewhere that we can buy 3g modem which can help to use internet on pc and latop same time.

Simply buy the Wifi hub.... Lol... I did it.... :-P

You have a range of different options

1) Buy wifi hub: u need to have wifi cards in both PC and laptop.
2)Use ur nokia smartphone: use joikuspot in your nokia smartphone. u need to have wifi cards in both PC and laptop
3) Use LAN wire: connect laptop and PC through LAN wire. Connect 3G modem to one of them and share through LAN.
4) Use virtual wifi in windows 7 or connectify
