Rep Power: 1 | I have a Tata car and i think that there customer care department is not that much good in dealing with customers problems. Like i visited them three times for a same problem which was with my AC vents. They were not that much polite and also till now they have not fixed the problem even though of regular visits. Do you think they are like this.. I have also seen this problem with many other people.. Do you have the same? |

Rep Power: 1 | TATA still sucks with there customer care service but still they have imporoved slowely but steadily from the starting. Ealier they didn't even had good products but now they have good products and i am sure that in near time we would see good customer support from them. |

Rep Power: 1 | They are good but the main problem is that their products have built in defect. Like if you look at the Indica power windows you would notice that they stuck in between and their is notthing heir mehanics can do about it. |
