Thread: Do you think they are good in customer care?

I have a Tata car and i think that there customer care department is not that much good in dealing with customers problems. Like i visited them three times for a same problem which was with my AC vents. They were not that much polite and also till now they have not fixed the problem even though of regular visits.

Do you think they are like this.. I have also seen this problem with many other people..

TATA still sucks with there customer care service but still they have imporoved slowely but steadily from the starting. Ealier they didn't even had good products but now they have good products and i am sure that in near time we would see good customer support from them.

TATA is not that much good in services but i would say that they have imporved a lot from the past. Earlier they had no value products and also worst customer support but now they are good with it.

They are good but the main problem is that their products have built in defect. Like if you look at the Indica power windows you would notice that they stuck in between and their is notthing heir mehanics can do about it.

I think TATA is good but not that much good in customer care service. They should train all of there representative in different branches which would be a good thing.

TATA is good in tmers of customer cars but i would say that they still need to improve themselves from the present point at which they are.

Yes, they are good in customer care support and more over they have also started calling there customers after service to know about there reviews on service.

TATA is improving its Customer care service and this is really a good thing. I have seen a lot of satisfied TATA customer who are happy with there cars and services...

TATA is good in customer care and another thing i would say that there products have also improved a lot from the past when they were just offering junk. ..

TATA is a good company and they have improved a lot in the recent time.So from my point they are good.

Tata cars have improved a lot but still there are manufacturing defects and we cannot blame service people for this.. otherwise all service centers are good and professional in there work.
