I think they mean to say that if they run their plant on full capacity for a year they will only be able to supply 5000 cars per city. Once the sales take off they will start expanding their manufacturing capacity and then next year say only 10000 cars per city.. well the problem is that this nano is going to create havoc all over India.. Infrastructure in India ve way behind of our times and needs a serious effort at improving and that too urgently.

is it TATA, who has created a car which every middle class person can buy and go out in rain or shine with his family and enjoy having a roof over their head when driving?

or the government who is not able to provide the resources for this kind of expansion?

or the ppl who feels if they drive Honda City that is fine, but if some one wants to buy a nano that is wrong?
