It seems that Tata Communications is into the business of making money by taking advances from new customers and then not providing services. Can we do anything to such companies thereby preventing them from getting into these kind of practices.

I'm Tata Comms customer for last 4mths and believe me the connectivity was not even up for 4weeks. I have already spend more on phone calls and cyber cafes than I actually paid for this **** connection. Even escalating it to the nodal and appellate authorities didn't help.

I know many of you have gone thru this, was anyone successful in getting their money back or getting some alternate solution. Or if anyone can suggest what best we can do in such cases.
