I have taken a taken a TataIndicomm connection after reading so many worst comments about it. Since I didn’t have any other go for it. The other entire ISP provider said they are not giving connection to my location. I situated near MMDA, Chennai. (Opposite side of Ambica Empire Hotel).

When I decide to go for TataIndicomm since no other go. I called the customer care and find out the details. But even I better knowledge about it. Then a sale person contact me, his name is Siva. He collected the cash for the initial deposit. He said the connection will be up in 2 or 3 days. But it didn’t happen it took more than one week with more than 100 phone calls and SMS to him.

I have chosen the unlimited the 128 Kbps plan with monthly rental of RS. 900/- the sale person said it is including the taxes. Finial day came, the call came from the customer saying about the bill is generated. He said it is Rs.1616. I was shocked to hear that. When I signing the application form the sale person didn’t even allow me to read the condition. But I read all the condition. In that one thing is mentioned like that rental for the current month will be collected in advance and I clarified why it is like that. I am going only for postpaid not for prepaid. He said the rental will be collected only after used the connection.

But the customer care person called me said that I should have read the condition. He is acting too smart. I got angry and I said I will disconnect the connection if it is like this. After I have said like this. He said he will escalate it and he will get back to me. Till date he didn’t get back. Now I m seriously looking forwarded whether any other ISP is provider the connection in my area.
