Hi.. I am a TI subscriber for last 5 months. Based on the experience from them, I am cancelling my connection. From the moment of subscription, once in 4 days I have to call the pathetic customer care for disconnection issues, and till now this problem is not solved. At present my connection is down for past 11 days and no body is able to resolve this issue. If calling the customer care they are providing with a new complaint number every time and it takes 24hrs response time. This means that the problem is not going to resolved at any time. All these years I didínt faced such a pathetic customer care or field engineers. Customer care dont know what they are telling or doing and field engineers....totally waste. But one good thing with this connection is the speed what they are offering is up to mark (if the connection is up....most of the time the connection will be down). At last I stopped calling the customer care becuase it will only help me getting a huge phone bill and waste of my time. So my conclusion is if you want a reliable connection and service never go for TI, go for Airtel which provides these two.
