i also faced the same situation in getting the broadbanc connection.the service is so poor and they never keep their words.you have to call them up of several times to get things done.they said iíll get the connectivity for the 24hrs without problems but the reality is not so,it rarely gets connected and most of them iím not able to surf.Customer care will take up the complaints but they will be closed without actions while the customer never knows that until he calls again and check for the status.Tata group is known for its contribution to india in various fields like handling customer queries,ensuring the service delivery,ensuring the 100% customer service and above all keeping the promise..It is good that they are providing the mobile services too.Still there is lot of variouos they need to improve to keep themself as a leader in the market.Hope they will improve thier service .
