I m in Bangalore and working in world’s second largest software company(Won’ tell u the name..)

I saw a poster of Tata Indicom Broadband in my cafeteria msg board..It was about FREE* internet to our company’s employee...

I knew there would be definately a catch, they could not give broadband cponnection for ABSOLUTELY FREE...

I was badly in need of Broadband connection, I call up the guy on sunday.he told me that only installation charge is FREE, I said OK. he took my name,ext. no,etc. and told me that we would visit u tomorrow...

Next day around at lunch time they called me up I was ready with documents.I gave them necessary documents, i asked him how many days it would take, he replied 10-12 days. I said Ok. I filled up the registration form and gave it to him...

Now days went, went,went ...I was waiting for someone from Tata for any revert but nothing...finally I called up that sales exe. he told me "sir, you have ur registration no, call our customer service center". i thought "oh..i think his job of filling up the reg. form is over".

I called CC, lady answered me "Sir, Our system is not showing ur registration number !, Don’t worry sir give me ur address and contact no I assure, u’ll be reverted within 24 hours !".

Wht kind of system they have ! I suspct my registration form would have reached to the office or to any dustbin !

I gave here my address and contact details...

Lady again " Sir, I repeat ur conatct number, it is 9880 ...., sir i m passing these info to our technical team they will rever u within 24 hours...!"

Its now more than 3 days, NO ONE has reverted me...Today I have applied for the Airtel Broadband Connection, Probably from tomorrow onwards,I’ll start surfing...

IF TATA CAN NOT GIVE SERVICES TO CORPORATE CUSTOMER..BELIEVE ME ALL WILL SAY "TATA" TO TATA BROADBAND...

On 9th, Jun I got a mail from Tata Indicom Broadband stating "we have received your application form", I don know what the hell they were doing with my application form since 23rd of may,so that it took 18 days to reach it to the office.
