    Default Its the horrible service on earth

    Hi All,

    I am one more victim of the Tata indicom broad band connection. Its the mosthorrible experience I received from any company till date. I applied forconnection 4 months back, I have not received any connection and more overforget about the connection I have not received my deposit money back when Irequested for refund. Tata indicom is really harassing customer with itssweet sure coat of VSNL.

    Tata indicom has outsourced marketing to some outside people whose job is totake money from you for the connection, after that they donít even bother to talk to you.

    Tata indicom customer care is in so bad state that even before you say anything, youname or application details they say..."Sir we have got feedback from outtechnical department that you will get the connection next week". I donítknow do they have any calendar in office .. coz that next week never comes. Ifyou insist that you need feedback on the connection they say "Sir at thispoint of time I donít have any information, technical people with get in touchwith you within 24 hours"... similar they do not have a clock either..

    Regarding my refund amount they are giving so much trouble from last twomonths. I think my mobile bill I paid in calling them is more than my refundnow. Every time you call... you have to wait for 10 min on average. After thatagain some sweet answers that " sir your money has already been sent yourbank".. which bank and which account .. donít know. Then sometimes"Sir your refund cheque is been sent to your mailing address, you willreceive it within a week".. which courier and what address god knows. Ihave not received my money yet..

    I initially though itís only me who is facing so many problems but I was wrong.In my office everyone who has bad luck has tata indicom connection. Problemsmay differ.. like connection disconnects often, telephone number changeswithout any notice. There are people in my office who struggled for two monthsto rectify there connection problems.

    If you want your luck to be good plz DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT TATA INDICOMSERVICE

    I agree.
    I had tataindicom for 6 months...during which I remember only calling calling calling their cc to get my connection back up after downtime...sometimes for 2 days ..once for 15 days..but USUALLY for 3-4 days...
    after I found out that they had outsourced their connection to our local cable-wallah -- I said to hell with it!! I'd rather sleep in a bed of thorns rather than put my sanity at sake with the cable-guy..they're worse than seasoned criminals...I jumped onto BSNL Dataone..
    BSNL is slightely better..but i still face downtime once every week..once it went down for a week..

    but I think i should be grateful..after hearing the TERRIBLE stories of SIFY(another casualty of the legendary indian cable guy)..i think my condition isnt that bad..Its such a joke..I think in a country where 70% of the population are fools (not intentional..i think its in our genes -)..we cant expect the world..

    Yes its number oine in waste and useless isp in india .. tata's speed also very very slow and terrible ... i dont want their service..
