du meter shows the data a fraction of a section later than bitlord ... i.e just a moment ago the screenshot was taken the download speed was what u see in du meter ... why its 451kbps?? :- my connection speed is 384 kbps ... i.e the average speed while downloading remains about 384-390 kbps .... that doesnt mean that the download speed at any instance cannot go beyond 384 ... the speed ranges from 150- 800 kbps at an instance ... ex: take a period of 5 seconds: sec1: 520kbps sec2: 200kbps sec3: 250 kbps sec4: 400 kbps sec5: 550 kbps i hope its clear now ... thats why i always post the pics of average transfer rate using du meter stopwatch .... and du meter never shows incorrect usage ... in bit lord itself the uload/download ranges from 35 to 60 KBps but the average remains around about 48KBps i.e 384kbps... in case of torrents from good source another difference between the two: DU meter shows data transfer records more than once each second ... i.e. the display changes very fast ... Bitlord transfer rate display is just a bit less frequent than DU meter ... i.e the reason why bitlord shows up the average speed for a period of say 1 sec ... whereas DU meter displays the transfer rate for about 2-4 times per second ... i hope ur doubts are clear after this thread ... if u need i can share my bit lord preferences settings SS with u if that can help ... there are a few things which i change and it helps improving the speed slightly ... i got a video from youtube which shows step step setting of preferences ...i follow that ...
