I just paid for my Tata indicom WiMAX prepaid connection at Chandanagar, Hyderabad (384kbps UL - 6 months). I had the verification call last week and although they havent installed it. Now i was searching generally about the cancellation procedure and the first link i get is about "Vpn client not working in tata indicom". Thats a shocker, because the prime reason i wanted broaband was to logon to VPN and work from home sometimes.
So i might decide to cancel the cheque i gave them if VPN doesnt work and opt for Airtel instead (BSNL not available in the street i live). can anyone let me know if they managed to fix the VPN issue? If not i would be glad to cancel the cheque and eventually the connection.
