Hi Guys
Im having a tough time catching up with the customer service as i had frequent disconnection of tata broadband connectivity
Where as usual they kept saying it will be taken care with in 24hrs but its almost a week and they have not comeback as of yet and i have trouble shooted all possible ways that i can do from home with all my modem n connectivity but no luck
Who should i contact and how can this be sorted as i had this connectivity for abut 5yrs but im facing this tough situation only for the past 6 months and the technicians around here are keen in moving to other competitors rather then providing solutions to the existing n loyal users
