Thread: Pathetic customer care of TATAINDICOM

I Bought a plug 2 surf device from Tata indicom .When I connect to ne it fails wth message of win 32 exception

Inspite of multiple complaints to their customer care and nodal officer my problem is unsolved.They are only interestted in taking money from customer.Even nodal office in bagalore is a scrap .They dont have technically competent dealer or customer care officer.

Avoid using tataindicom.Product is pathetic and customer care is good for nothing

IT SHOULD BE RENAMED AS SLOW SNAIL CONNECTION

Surf to whiz is crap ...... i remember having used it a year ago ... it was such a headache

CC is a problem with all ISP's. But I think Tata is comparatively better than the rest. Maybe in your case they did not respond favourably, but usually they are good at it!
