At the time of activation itself I was harrassed by the tata indicom outlet at Narayanaguda over testing of software with the USB modem. The worst customer care service mainly by female staff of Tata indicom misleading customers and the harsh enquiry about the marital status of the customer as a criteria for activating and selling the plug2surf product. They delayed the activation merely stating that the USB modem was for sale only to families and not to singles. Ridiculous sluts earning fat salaries while reducing the Tata's profits on their cheap discretions.

I managed to buy the plug2surf after several telephonic complaints. The nodal officer named Mr Dheeraj was alright to deal with. But the internet connection is deliberated tampered with messages such as Service unavailable from server 172.23.135.199(IP addresses) and totally unable to view the web pages while the dialer tone shows internet consumption. There is total wastage of time and net inaccessibility while I pay for no services at all.

This rogues tamper with the server bandwith at their offices while set it right when the higher authorities intervene to check out. Obviously it is a wilful harrassment deliberately caused to the customer by biased slut staff working for the Tata. The Higher Authorities are mis managing and encouraging the grudgeful harrassment by the slut staff.
