Thread: TATA wimax GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

ok, usually people post here only when they have some complaint but I took the pains to register here only to commend the good customer service of TATA INDICOM WIMAX.

I have had the connection for over a year now. Here are few comments

- Speed has been an issue on and off until I figured out a hack.. to get my full bandwidth(not extra). Now I get my allotted bandwidth always. (I guess bandwidth sharing problem is there with most of the other services too.)

- Service interruption is almost NEVER. very few outages once in 3-4 months I guess.. and that too for just few hours. ( apart from scheduled maintenance )

- Customer Service : ROCKS. VERY PROMPT. They get a representative visit your premises the very next day itself. My PoE box failed twice due to voltage fluctuation and short circuit due to water. I got it replaced the very next day on both the occasions. I had them visit on couple of other times too.

mee too..... i used it 1240 hrs so far.. with min downtime and excellent support from customer support folks.

what is the hack dat u used to get ur full bandwith??
