Thread: tata broadband pathetic customer service -no connectivity from 8 may still not sorted

Hi all

I strongly advice not to opt for tata indicom broadband as i have complained that my lines are down on 8th of may and they have not sorted the issue as of yet

I run a internet based business which got affected becos of this

Thanks to BSNL who had supported me and now the back up for catching customer service via email is BSNL

So i use BSNL to email VSNL(which is tata customer service) still issue is not sorted and ever ending story..........

SAY NO TO tata broadband as they donot have a customer service department to support any technical issue

very sad to hear about experience...i think the bb co.s must uinderstand now , that its a major comptt. now!!

I use BSNL broadband UL1350. For the past 10 days, my bsnl landline phone is dead and hence I don't have access to the internet.

I have complained several times to BSNL. They tell me it is a major fault in my area and that it would take time to fix it. They are not even apologetic. They tell it as matter of fact. When i asked if they would charge fully, i was told the bill would be for the full month (i use unlimited, so i pay a fixed month) .. the customer care guy tells me that i need to go to bsnl office and fill up a form for claiming refund ... o he basically wants me to take a day off work and sit at bsnl pleading them to give me refund for their poor service ..

Thats why i am in this forum, looking for other options ...

I have used Airtel broadband and Tata indicom before. You are right when you say Tata indicom is bad. I did not have a great experience with them.

Airtel service was good when i used few years back.

But i am interested in the tata indicom photon package .. so am checking for the reviews on that ...
