Hello Frends,

Let me xplain my bad experience in fact bull **** experience from so called Tata Indicom.


Here's the story -

I am a BSNL BB user (Bangalore) for past 2 years and last 20 days since that heavy rain in June09 my BB stopped working and BSNL folks did not turn up upon registering an complaint through IVR, after two weeks I decided to go for Tata Wimax (I think that was a blunder mistake I made) I called up customer care and they gave me some **** in number towards registering as a result they sent one executive to my home

"NOTE: The word executive is shame on their part they should be designated as thieves or looters"

anyways, and I had asked him to give me a demo before I could actually avail the connection, He told me Saar your house is just 100 mts away from our tower and you will really get an excellent reception. I was amazed and told him "ok, let me check with the demo" and he started his so called demo.

These TATA guys are buffons they dont know ABC of the technology and its working principles, you know he just went with that Wimax antenna and placed that on my roof and was trying to connect the other end to my personnel Laptop (Acer) and told me Saar this laptop is crap one its not detecting the signals then I came to know that this bufoon was dumb, I told ok and gave him my office laptop (IBM thinkpad) you know the result he told, Saar even this laptop is gone then I was totally frustrated and told him literally on his face that "Its not the Laptop that's gone its you and your brain which is gone and just pack all your bags and get out from my house" this is what I have told him and just kicked him out.


Frends these guys dont know anything and are they really graduates? with this they are nothing but looters. as a result I got my BSNL repaired yesterday and its working Excellent now.


Frends my humble request and suggestion for you all is please do not opt for TATA or Reliance or some **** BB EXCEPT Airtel and BSNL they are the best in India

Thanks for the tip, frustated with my BSNL BB I was just checking out other service providers. I got the TATA Indicom number and spoke to a lady, who told me that on giving my address an executive will come and collect the cheque and within 24 hours install it. When asked about quality and demo , I was told the same thing, there is a tower near your area and the quality will be good. No demo is possible, if it is not feasible they will return the cheque. In fact tomorrow the executive is supposed to come.

Hope my BSNL BB gets fixed. Unable to figure out what's the problem.

Do not give a cheque before a demo. Tell them to connect everything, show that it is working and then take the cheque.

When I installed DishTV at my home, I insisted that they connect first and then collect the payment. Delivery first - payment later; that is my motto in life.

I am using Tata from last 7-8 months but never faced such issues with Tata, may be mukund33 faced strange issues but it was not same for me.

No, it is true. My brother-in-law had a horrible experience with Tata Indicom. They were rude, didn't answer his letters, it was truly terrible. Don't go to Tata or (I think, any private ISPs) unless you have the time and patience to fight till the last!
I find that BSNL is still the best, they don't the software etc., but if you go and contact any higher official they really work.

M fren's dad was regional head of tata indi and even he hates it, he recently quit it bcos of the sad attitude of ppl there......
