Cust Care Agents are just doing there work and following the script, its not the fault of cust care executives but its the fault of higher management which is still unsure about the guidelines and the way it should work. |

Rep Power: 1 | Well, I moved from BSNL to Tata Indicom - the plug-2-surf thing for budget reasons and a bit helpful while on the go! Now that you have brought this issue up, I thought of giving it a try- just to see if i can change my plan - Well I cant even get to the customer service agent! the phone just keeps ringing. It is no good expecting high levels of professionalism here. Indian customer (with exceptions) service agents lack the so called professionalism and react emotionally to logical questions. That should explain the hanging up of the phone. May be we could write a detailed 'Respected Sir' and send it to the head office. Will anyone respond remains to be seen. |
