| Junior Member | I am not pretty sure if this is the right place to post my problem, but here it goes : I have two lan cards on my system : 1) LaN#1 is connected to Tata - i have metro E ethernet connection (direct lan cable coming to my house). Use it only between 9 pm to 9 AM for internet & for DC++ intranet hubs in daytime. 2) LAN#2 is connected to MTNL. Use it during daytime for surfing. When both lan cards are active, if MTNL modem is switched on & connected to internet, my PC still considers the TATA connection as default and takes me to the login page of Tata BB when i type a url in browser. IF i disable the TATA lan card, only then windows starts browsing thru the LAN#2 MTNL connection. How can i configure my system in a way that : 1) During 9 am to 9 pm my MTNL LAN#2 is default for internet & during 9 pm to 9 am my tata lan#1 card is default for internet ? 2) DC++ traffic shud be always directed thru LAN#1 only, even if both connections are active. As it will not work on MTNL network. Hope i am not asking for too much ! |
