    Default Login Page not opening...

    Hi friends,

    i've been facing this problem since friday late night...

    usually i just have to start my IE or mozilla and this login page of tata
    hxxp :// logindev.tataindicombroadband.in:8443/home?t=fk8ypdar comes up by default...

    but since friday night, i'm not getting this page and hence not able to use my tata broadband connection...

    i have a cable net connection for the same...

    does any1 here knows any other way of logging into tata account???

    PS: dialer doesn't works for this connection...

    try pinging ur gateway

    I was facing this problem with my Tata Wimax connection but after renewing IP and deleting Temp Internet Files it started working again.

    actually it again started working since this evening!!! its just tht now it just stops working at random intervals...

    hope this gets solved soon too.....

    then you should call cust. service to report this problem

    i face this problem almost everytime i restart my pc. I go to the network setting and change the ip4 properties to 192.168.1.2 / 255.255.255 / 192.168.1.1

    then open up 192.168.1.1 in IE and log into the modem's page. after 10 seconds, i change back the ip4 prop to prev settings and close it.

    Now i can get the dialer page....

    Presume, you have not been given any ADSL modem,
    and the RJ45 goes direct to computer.
    Confirm.
    Please try this and give feedback.
    Open IE browser and enter
    http://192.168.1.1/ppppassword.html
    Hope Ip address works. ( this is usually the Modem's address)
    You should get a window to enter
    user ID and Password.
    Please give feedback.

    Also another test: ( not related to your problem )
    When you are connected to Internet
    GET
    Current IP Check
    Now type this in IE address bar.
    A new Window may appear as given above.
    This I suggest,
    when users cannot access modem settings,
    in usual manner, but connect to Internet.
    Feedback please.

    this usually happens when they have an active session for your login in their systems.
