Hi all,
I have purchased Tata Wimax Broadband connection (Flash 384 KBps plan).
The installation guys have installed it on Saturday (Aug 29, 2009).
But their networking knowledge seems to be poor. I am not able to connect to internet. It will display "There is no or limited Connectivity".
But the funny thing is the installation guy was able to connect to internet with his laptop. He is unaware of these issues.
Can anyone tell what may be the problem and how can it be resloved?
Or else I have to call their customer care in worst case.
I am using Windows XP Pro. My pc has "NVidia NForce 10/100 MBps builtin ethernet". Tata Indicom guys provided the "PowerDsine - PD-3001" ethernet hub.
I have tried to reinstall network driver, tried renewing the ip etc. But nothing helped.
