Thread: frequent disconnect

iam using tata 256 unlimited.i getting frequent disconnects
in the router
snr value is 9.9 down,10.8 up
attenuation 4.5,3.5
is this the reason for the disconnection?

i used to also get frequent disconnections. So i complained to the cust care about the line being faulty. After the line guys fixed it, there are no more disconnections.

earlier i had same kind of frequent disconnections but my snr values are ok. there are many possible reasons behind this
a,bad phone line from pole to your splitter
b,modem/router problems
c,splitter problems/ errosion/oxidation in the joints
d,problem in the local exchange
