    Cool Hows Tata's more4sure?

    I'm talking about this plan -


    Unlimited usage**
    Monthly charges
    Rs 1,200 only
    Bundled Value Added Services
    1.5 mbps on Sundays and from 10pm to 8 am everynight
    384 kbps Download speeds*
    256 kbps Upload speeds*
    Installation Charges-Rs.1000, Security deposit- Rs.1000
    Installation charges and Security deposit waived off on 4 months
    advance rental and More4Sure

    sounds too good to be true..has anyone tried this?

    I have got a similar plan but with different speed, it is 750kbps download and night and sundays same as you mentioned above 1.5mbps and I am getting more then 80% of the promised speed so I am not complaining. I have a tata wimax connection ... just thought would let you know in case you confuse it with wired one.

    I am using the same 384kbps plan and its providing good speed, most of the times it remains 1.4Mbps+ so there is nothing wrong with it but if you need this speed for heavy downloads then remember to take static iP address

    Please provide some information about implementation of FUP. Do they suspend the accounts or just call you?

    First month if you exceed your limit then they will not do anything but if you exceed the limit second month too then

    First they will call you and will ask to upgrade according to your needs and will offer best plans available for you (according to usage)
    Second they will offer you a notice of disconnection and still if there is no difference in usage or plan then it can go upto disconnection of services.

    The whole process may take upto 3 months.

    More4sure is just one big cheating campaign

    Unfortunately, I paid 4 months in advance - otherwise I would cancel my broadband, because speed is 3 times slower than promised. After 40-50 days of complaining - nothing is resolved yet.

    I hope that Tata Communications goes bankrupt one day and all their customer support guys go to slums.

    @ dusterio,
    Posting your complaint number here will help! a lot of Tata indicom staff frequent this forum and when they come across complaints where the complaint number is mentioned they actually do something about it and once the issue is sorted they normally send me a message using contact us form asking me to remove the complaint to keep their name clean... Probably a repo building campaign of some sorts....

    How good is the flash 384 plan. I am thinking of taking a connection.
