Question Udp packets are dropped by TNdSL 2120 router

    Hi All,

One of my customer has TNdSL 2120 router for desktop and in that my application (VoIP client using UDP packets) is not able to reach the server.

By checking the server logs i'm sure that there are no packets sent from the client machine. And I checked the Windows Firewall and its disabled in client machine.

Is that router is dropping the packets? If so, any one know how to configure the router not to drop the udp packets / for particular destination?

Please provide some information regarding this.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Karthikeyan R

    Default

make sure that both tcp n udp ports are open in the dsl modem, if the modem supports undp, u can get the ports opened from your app itself
