    Thumbs up Worst tata photon plus customer service its proof email

    HI Friends I am posting the email exchange between me and tataindicom customer care
    Problem Description: I am having 1 GB plan along with Night 10 GB (250 Rs ) AddOn package and If any one goes to the tataindicom site having these package or any combination of pacakage they can see there combined usage in there website like ( they will show 15 GB total use instead of 7GB Normal +8 GB From ADD ON for example)

    I raised the Issue on 19th feb to know my usage details seperatly instead of combined See YourSelf From Mails what I have got

    THese mail are in cronological order so you can go thryu the mails all at a time one b one from old dates

    I am Really Disappointed by your service
    Even After giving the Reference Number and attached images for mine problem last time, instead of solving mine problem for photon plus they are solving it for mine tata indicom mobile number( no problem is there with mine mobile number )
    SHAME on you people that without going thru my previous full mail chain and references/snapshot you people has created such a blunder and I have to end up pay higher bill only because i am not able to monitor mine photon plus usage properly
    After 20th Jan 2010 I got call (26th jan ) today from customer care and about this issue and she was inquiring about the problem which doesnt exists at all ( that is about mine indicom mobile number not mine photon plus !!) what a confused customer service

    I am attaching the snapshot of the complaint that i raised online on 19th of january this year
    please check that today is 26th and status of the problem is still open I have given enough of mails and request online as well as on call and i want it to be finished ASAP else i have to recommend my team to drop the use of photon plus and to switch over other service providers

    PLease check the status of the problem/issue is still open in your web page (screen shot attached with the mail)

    Dear Ramgopal,

    I tried to approach you on the number mentioned here with failure.
    I am disappointed that even after promise from Tata Indicom team that some one will approach me within 6 business hours regarding mine issue no one approached me for solution so far
    please look into the case as i am loosing faith in TATA TELESERVICES for there service.

    I am having problem with monitoring mine usage details whose details i have given in the complaint reference number 136898.

    I am not able to see mine night time usage and day time usage separately because of which i am paying higher bills then expected.
    Today mine internet got disconnected from network giving excuse of paying the credit limit amount
    how ever I only used 14.652GB (10.00 GB Day+10GB Night package)
    I faced abrupt lose of mine online work because of this disconnection.
    I called customer care about usage details and they only replied that you will be only able to see the itemized usage details in your final monthly bill .Since I am using the services I have full rights to know the details of mine usage (night as well as day) separately else i will end up again paying higher bills.
