    Thumbs up Please do not go for TATA Photon

    Hi Friends

    Please do not opt for TATA Photon, when you intially go for sign-up they will tell you all impossible statements, once after you taking the connection, they will start torturing you.

    In my case I have taken a connection with 3GB plan, and they said they wont consider for browsing and chatting. After 15 days I have seen my bill stating that 1800/- and they disconnected my account.

    Beware my friends, they just bluf you and all the way TATA again go for cheating their customers.

    i had same kinda problem, in 11 days i got a bill of 2500 just cause i downloaded above the limit!!!

    Default Pathetic experience with tata photon

    Hi
    After purchasing Tata photon in the month of feb I started facing problem of connectivity in the month of April (24th april) The complained wsa raised but when the executive came the unit found to be working well
    Next day when again the problem started I called the service executive Mr. Harshad who didn’t respond my calls and I took decision to visit there office ta pimpri on Mumbai Pune highway sitting in the office itself when I called him up he cut my calls atleast 3 times and I have to make him aware about my presence in the office and force him to come with me to resolve the issue he gave me the report that the unit is faulty and needs repair
    The modem supplied was made by Huwai The tata photon technical person took 3 days to come and visit and he gave me the report that the modem is faulty and need to be serviced at huwai service station only
    The unit was directly sold by tata indicom and delivered by one Mr. Shailesh who claims to be a tata tele service employee who didn’t give the receipt of the same
    Huwai service station asked for the original receipt which was communicated to Shailesh who’s phone no is 9225520125 and tata tele service nodal officer
    Its more than 6 days neither the receipt was delivered nor any action is taken from tata tele services except for the assurances tha the problem will be solved within 48 working days ( now its around 120hours are already over and still the answer is same)
    In the mean time I went to tata teleservce office located at pimpri
    Where in the service executive over there claimed that the unit can be repaired over here itself (3rd of may) this is the facility provided by tata teleservice from 1st may surprisingly none other than Mr. Vishal was aware about this service including there service executive sitting next to him
    As of now the situation is that the the unit is lying idle and tata teleservice is not giving me the service
    WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF MINE I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL OF YOU NOT TO OPT FOR THE TATATELESERVCES IN ANY FORM
