I put out 1103/- every month as rental for a 384Kbps plan unlimited. What I get is not even 10KBs (avg), Initial days it was good but after 10-15 complaints when nothing is done I send mails to TATA head office, Zonal offices. To my surprise their system is so pathetic it goes to Kolkotta Zonal office instead of Bangalore.. One executive tole me your broadband from VSNL not from us beacuse my id was ending with vsnl.netMAy times to get the login prompt it takes 4-10 retries, swithing off the device and switching on. Specially the call centre people also ask you to do the same. NO QOS reserved. Many times I refuse to pay bills in order to rectify problems.. Lets the SG roll out , the dongles will take them out of business. There is no offers or upgrades like airtel for loyal customers. Airtel upgraded alls 512 Kbps customers to 1Mbps recently
