Hi friends,
I have currently Airtel 1299 2 MBPS plan, I am very sad I get only 300 KBPS upload speed.
I want to know how much upload speed we are getting in TATA broadband plans.
Can TATA customers mention there speed and plan details.

see this link Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0
First of all, FUP is applicable on Tata Indicom Broadband. for 500 kbps, limit is 80GB, for 1 mbps the limit is 90GB.
I have Infinity 500 kbps plan. Which is unlimited plan having downloading speed of 512 kbps and uploading speed of 256 kbps i.e. actual file download speed varying from 50 KB to 60 KB and actual file uploading speed from 25 KB to 30 KB per second.
They also have a 750 kbps plan for 1.5k per month but uploading speed remains 256 kbps like above. They have a costlier plan of 1 mbps for both and uploading and downloading for Rs. 2950 per month.
The cost of this plan is Rs. 1100 per month. But they have a very annoying thing in it that if you go for prepaid, they require you to recharge for coupons of 1000, 1750, 3500 so its very annoying only.
On the brighter side, the connectivity is good, coverage is wider and customer service is also good enough but I will personally say, if at all you require to call a CC and an engineer comes at your place, take his cell no which he will gladly give you and contact him instead of CC number to get your issue resolved quickly.
When I bought this way back in 2005, it took 3 months for getting the new conncetion from filling up the form. LOL.
My connection is wired. The guys give you a router and connection is always on. Just tell them to do that while installing so that you dont need to login everytime.
Last year, in rainy season, my router and lan card got exploded and was unusable, called the local guy for help, he came and replaced router without any charge. Key point is to make friends with local engineers rather than keeping ringing 60607070 i.e. Customer care![]()
