Welcome to the club. I've been suffering with this pathetic internet connection since i shifted to pimpri, near pune. The connection has never reached maximum speeds in the past 2 years. 256 hardly ever downloaded at more than 26kbps, 384 reached kbps only if i was lucky, and 512 doesn't make it past 55. Not to mention the fact that customer care often has no idea whether my bill was delivered or not.
Now that I think what a headache getting getting the connection was in the first place, i kick my self in the ass everytime i download something.
Im just happy that BSNL has finally come to my apartment complex. I can finally be free of TataCrapicom.
Since the past 5 days speed is so horrible (browsing,downloading and lag spikes when playing online games such as css/hon), whenever you call customer support they are clueless, they tell you to do the same 'troubleshooting steps' everytime, I made 4 complaints, they all get closed without fixing the problem, what the hell is this? how can they just close complaints without even fixing the problem, I haven't even received a call from engineer or Tata office asking me whether the problem is resolved or not. Really is this how you treat your customers Tata?
