Whenever my BSNL Broadband is down or erratic, I try to switch to Tata Photon Plus (prepaid) which I have been renewing every month by paying Rs250 a day before the expiry day in order to keep carrying forward the unused balance of the previous month. However, when attempting to connect with it, 9/10 chances its server too is having problems giving error 169A and this is despite hanging it out of an open window via the extension cable (in the cold conditions prevalent in Lucknow). Their toll free number 1800 266 121 is only on paper. Email them at photon.ttsl.in with your connection number and forget about getting a feedback. Call them at their customer number at 9246012345 or 0522-6569722 they will keep sending you in circles by asking you to call at different numbers until you just give up.
