Thread: New Infinty plans

hi all , i just saw new infinity plans
Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0

For 1100 ,one can get download speed upto 500 KBps
I want to make sure whether this would be really download speed or surfing speed ?? Usually 1/8th of the surfing speed is download speed lik 256kbps = 32.
This means 500X8 = 4 mbps speed

I am using Flash 256 KBps plan in which in night i get speed of 1.6 mbps ...(TATA WIMAX)
SHould i go for this plan ???

download will be around 50 for 512
