Thread: Tata Indicom 64kbps unlimited plan

Anyone using Tata Indicom 64kbps unlimited plan? If so is it good? What's the average speed u get and what's the price?

The rate for 64 kbps unlimited between all ISP's is almost same and their is negligible difference in amount.It costs standard Rs.550 per month for 64 kbps unlimited.Once i met a tata indicom sales man and i had a long practical chat with him about TATA and other ISP.He told me many extra feautures and reliability of TATA indicom and told that they have some instant backup and all that sort of thing.

I suppose TATA is new here and they must be offering good service otherwise its difficult to survive in this competetion.Check out the TATA in your area and its exp. bcz ISP reliability and service depends even from area to area in the same city.

See what it offers and also know where the main hub and your local hub is located and how much people currently use it.If a lot many use than you may have speed problems.

Thanks for that information.If anyone using 64kbps Tata Indicom internet connection kindly tell me how the speed is and whether it's good for voice chat or not?

if you are going to use 64kbps for voice and cam than PC hanging days are not far.64kbps is generally meant for surfing and a bit of occasional download of small and medium files.But voice and video both require considerable data which is best in 256 kbps which i have of hathway.

at 64kbps it is possible but voice will not be clear.
