Thread: they are big cheater to customer name of Speed

i am AIIMs doctor i am using tata photon since last 1 year. tata ppl claiming that 3.1 mbps speed is maximum .its ok . but i want to just ask that as a customer i should get atleast 10% of it 300 kbps what they claim maximum. but tata has average speed around 150kbps at peak hours and at late night if ur lucky than u will get 500kbps max.
pls pls pls dont waste your money on it .

I've subscribed for 500 kbps plan. Initially i got 20 kbps at maximum after several complaints, i've got 60 kbps. starting i've subscribed for 4 months, but irritated in first week. hardly i've used for 4 months and disconnected. Pls... don't believe this cheaters and don't waste your money and time...

So newly registered users come in here just to post their review and nothing since, suspicious.

Tata Photon not upto the mark , compare to others..!!!

Is there any way to sue TATA indicom for not giving the 1/10th of the speed promised. I am at the center of Chennai city and still get pathetic speed.

With the number of increasing users speed will further go down. I got an average speed of 70kbps earlier with 999plan(max 150kbps at night).
They promise you speed UPTO 3.1Mbps. Statistically it means that you'll get speed range from least lets say 1kbps UPTO 3.1MBPS so you can never sue them.
