Worst Tata Photon Plus - Speed Sucks Recently I got a Tata Photon Plus postpaid connection with Unlimited plan from Kukatpally,Hyderabad.
But the speed is horrible. I am getting just 150KBPS speed. i.e file download speed is just 5-10 kbps.

modem --- HUAWEI EC-152
How can I cancel my postpaid subscription.
Need to fill up form Contact the main office or head over to an outlet near your place .
Calling CC wont help.
I had a new tata photon+ connection. I bought this because they told to deliver 3.1 MBPS, but till now I don't got even 1.0 MBPS. max speed is 0.400 to 0.800 MBPS. My no is 9207353104. my connection is pre-paid plan 10GB @ 1200/=. Please stop making fool to public.
