Rep Power: 0  |  Why did I go with Tata Indicom??? Hi, I am from Bangalore. I had applied for Tata Indicom Broadband connection on the 07th of this month for my home and the so called Team Leader (I do not know which team does he lead!) of Tata Indicom in our territory assured me that the connection will be provided till 09th. After lot of persuation, shouting (and crying too) the cable connection was completed on 14th. Then started the waiting for their Technical Expert... Atlast he appeared, while I was out of my house,without any prior notice, provided the connection and flown off. Till date, after lots of reminders, no body turned up and has shown me the procedure to work with the connection. Since I am not an expert on Telecommunication and understand very little about it, I am helpless. The speed is terribly slow and I do not know how to improve on that... |
