This is shocking:
Complaint : I received shocking call that I got a bill amount of Rs 4000+. I registered complaint for the same by calling your call center. Call Ref No. is 664520694.
I am sure it is not at all possible that I get this kind of bill. See history of my payment. Call center people told me that I got this bill from 27 Feb to 13 Mar, however my connection was down most of the time during this period. How can I use connection during this time.

This is unacceptable. Due to this I have not paid bill of Feb 2011 i.e. 339. I called a customer care line and already told them(Date: 15 March 2011), that I will not pay the bill till all these changes are not revert. I never got such kind of bills. Also please check my line whether any theft cases are there.

If this is not sorted out, I will throw the connection out and discontinue your service. At the same time I launch complaint against you.

they charged me extra 600 or something sometime back,they stopped their display of usage data(time in case of me) for last 7 days and when tey showed they delayed the real usage and added 500 odd minutes after 4 days and I lost the money to continue my plan...welcome to tata

I hate this service. in my life it's a bad experience. Initially I've subscribed for 4 months pack with tata Wi-Max (for 500 kbps).They told that it's most secured connection and we need to login each and every time that we going to use. It's slight complicated, because in day, 2 to 3 times that page won't come and we need to call to customer care and need to give details and request to reset the connection. Don't you think this is too complicated daily??? Hardly we used 4 months with 60 kbps. When i see the speed first time, i was shocked, it's 40 kbps. I was called to customer care and that guys came and done something and hardly they gave 60 kbps and they are surely telling that we can get only 60 kbps speed with 500 kbps plan. It's so ridiculous, But we paid for 4 months at first and we have to use this. They told this is most secured connection. But after 4 months, we disconnected the damn service. later we got call from tata call center and told that we got bill for Rs. 8,000/- I was shocked by hearing this and reason for getting this bill is we did some internet calls for a local number and not an ISD number also. First of all we didn't do internet calls and they are telling this and suggested to pay this amount. Do you believe this is a secured connection???
One thing, they may billed incorrectly and asking for extra 8,000 or this connection is insecured and this may easily hacked by others...

Pls guys... i had a bad experience with this. Don't try to get my experience...
