    Default worst service from VSNL

    I subscribed to tata indicom 2 MBPs speedbroadband internet From 21 st of may it is not working and everyday I have to contact a faceless BPO operator in 60607070 (min 6 min waitng in the phone)who is like a parrot repeating we have put yourcomplaint T nhe connection has takenoverfrom it is on and off as it likes and i HAVE NO control.There is no acknowledgement from the company of the cosumer trouble .I am fed up and what is the cosumer redressal i can get

    pls contact a local consumer forum to file a case against Tata Indicom .

    Pls do the following
    1) call up the guy who at the first instance gave u the connection
    2) as he will knw the area connection manager
    3) as in tata indicom each area has its own connection manager.
    4)he will give u the number and u can call him up and tell him ur prob directly instead of wasting ur time in the call centers
    5) the customer care of tata indicom broadband isn't free its 6rs per minute remember that.
    6) Any more queries pls ask again
    and oh i'm not a tata indicom sales person or anything just wanting to help u out coz i knw how it works out in tata indicom ...

    Angry Very poor customer service

    Hi am also victim of TATA's poor service.

    It took around 20 days for my problem to get solved. I had to call then every day & their answer would be same "we have kept it on high priority".

    I was really frustrated with this service.

    and because of my badluck my connection has once again gone down. and It is just 5 days( ) that my complaint is on "HIGH Priority"

    so my advice is never make mistake of taking TATA indicom broadband. It is really blot on the gret TATAs
