    Question Tata Photon Plus Address Change Request

    I have been requesting to the change of address from Chennai to Pune for almost 3 months as I have got transffered. None of the executive are really acting on the request. Tata Photon Customer Executive promised that action will be closed by 25th Apr 2011. Till date I am yet to get ratification from them really rediculous customer service. Customer Service Reference Number(260531333 dated 9th Apr 2011).

    Moreover statement of account is another big joke, As I am responsible for to file the reimbursement of connection, consolidated report cannot be generated. We cannot view online statement of account, only serviced through mail ( I have requested more than 10 times not even single statement I received by mail). And one more blunder is statement of account is only for the past six months! What a customer friendly service yaar. I am also using Vodafone post paid card, vodafone gives financially acceptable consolidated report for the year, this can be easily viewed and downloadable online itself.

    I came to decision to throw off Tata Photon connection itself.

    Default Regarding statement of Account

    Hello,
    Thanks for the prompt reply. I had given feedback about statement of account option be enabled online. Customer support Manager suggest me to go to nearest Tata Photon Store to get the statement. I got really fed up and replied as follows

    Dear Ms.xxxxx ,
    Isn't it nice to give this small services online itself. We would be able to get even bank's statement online and even your competitors(such as Vodafone, Airtel) do so, Why can't you do the same in the online. Is there any specific need to go in person to your store?

    See this was just suggestion to improve your service not complaint. As you are aware that todays world is going green, As Tata Indicom organization where do you people stand on this point as going for GREEN.

    But note that to just obtain statement going to your store is not at all fair and same time I am not telling to come in person and give. Thus requesting you to go online, where customers can take soft copy of statement itself as reference.
