    Default Worst Customer Service in India

    I also agree with many of you that Tata Indicom has the worst customer service. First of all they are not polite.. secondly they dont know anything about computers.... They dont know how to speak to a customer..They are not even professional... I think this will be the same in Tata group of companies or is it beacause of VSNL, another moron company of GOVT. OF INDIA. I go with Airtel for atleast polite customer care executives. I was an airtel customer and why i changed to tata indicom was beacause i shifted my house to place where airtel doesnt have feasibility.

    Even I was Hathway customer (Bangalore) once, the guys there have good knowledge of networking and more than willing to help you out.

    The worst thing you can do in life is to walk to a government office or company and request a service.

    TATA INDICOM BROADBAND IS WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

    wat is the problem wit u i dont think tha TATA is so cheap as u say so

    After coming to know that you are in Bangalore.. I would advice you to go for BSNL Broadband.. Because though their Customer Care is not that caring, their connections dont give much problems.. And the cost is more cheaper that TATA and the speeds are incomparable. You just need to have a phone connection.

    This is something true about TATA. TATA really sucks at customer care service and more over people they have in there technical department do not have an knowledge and are completely blank. So i would not recommend them to an y one,

    i had been using TATA for last 6 months and till date i have not faced any problem with my internet connection. i am very much satisfied with TATA.
