Single one can you provide me the emails of tata managment level and your area so that ican mail them and let them know that the problem i am facing and similiar problem faced by around 50 tata customers can be solved and there reputation will be protected, The same problem what you where facing is what i am facing now , the tata engineers came checked replaced router adviced but no use, i even suggested him that the problem was sure to be with DSlam side so please help me out in this regard |

Rep Power: 0 | Your solution is: Find a different service provider...however big a problem and money loss that may mean. If you continue.. 1) You can't register a complaint. Your system is working/showing usage... 2) After 2-3 weeks of fighting/escalation...you get a complaint #, which is closed immediately. Your system is working/showing usage... 3) Their server will fail 4) Your local connection will start failing...the issue is with cable and server in your locality...no one can do anything 5) YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA ON YOUR PREPAID CONNECTION ... YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED BEFORE YOUR ACTUAL END DATE. Customer service will be as efficient as they are now |

Rep Power: 0 | Bimal, I belive we should have tried all our best before giveup Once my issue was solved I have not faced any problem till date touch wood If you change Service Provider chance to get similar service is around 90% so possibly you will again get stuck with same situation. In my area I have heard that Reliance has similar bad service, same is the case with Airtel. Rest all depends what all risk ready to take. |
